Guest guest
Hi Val Emma again! I am finally sleeping a bit better following yours and Dr P's advice - yippppeeeeeeeee So, a huge thankyou to you!! An I hope you're doing OK. Thanks for your last reply. It was actually T4 that I wanted to get in smaller tablet sizes, not T3. I can only get 50mcg tablets, and am needing less than a quater of one at a time! It seems to suit me better than the armour now, but I can't get a small enough amount. Also, you talked about trying slow release T3, can you remember where you got it? I can't get it online and don't have a doc to prescribe it for me. I am trying to get a sample from , in US, where they can buy without script, but if I need to continue with it I'm stuffed.......... It really sounds like it may suit me as it seems gentle and easy to tolerate, which is what I need now. I really can't tolerate very much at all, but still need small amounts of thyroid support. I just can't get accurate regular dosing going with too large pills and variable needs!!! Emma p.s BTW thanks to Duane for suggesting slow release T3, I just can't get it........sooo frustrating....... -- No virus found in this outgoing message. Checked by AVG Free Edition. Guest guest
I have trouble waking up in the morning and very sluggish until the Armour kicks in about 2 hrs. after waking up. Wouldn't the time-release be better in this regards? I would have it in my system when I wake up and that would give me the lift upon awakening? I don't know much about the Armour but just a thought. --- wrote: > The slow release T3 I tried was prescription which I > no longer have. So > can;t help you there. I find it VERY sub-potent as in take a sugar pill and it wil do the same. Have you tried taking Amroru at bedtime? this helps me wake in the AM and I also take T3 at bedtime. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/

Guest guest
I will try that Val. I'm only up to a 90mg. dose a day that I take 3x a day (30mg) and I really need it for during the day. Once I'm taking more I will try to take a dose at bedtime. Besides, I think the time released is more expensive and you have to take it on the exact minute the release it up which is a real pain. --- wrote: > >>I have trouble waking up in the morning and very > sluggish until the Armour kicks in about 2 hrs. > after > waking up. That says otherwise. Usually high cortisol and high BP go together. and with you taking very close to enough Armour it can;'t be hypo causing the high BP either. SO with these things in mind, i am suspicious of too much HC. Which is why I mentioned lowering it yesterday. My BP has been highish for a few years Val, before i started on Armur and h/c. And when tested before i started on meds two years ago I had low cortisol levels. I took 1 mg melatonin yesterday as i have been told that this lowers thyroid levels and that if the heartbeat problems stop then it is probably because of too much thyroid. I do feel a little better today but it hard to know why this is. Mo www.NOVACounselling.com

LOL My memory is still somewhere in my 20's.. been gone since then. If you feel better today with the melatonin then maybe a bit more tonight.
