Can somebody please tell me what price stamp I have to put on a letter from

the states to Canada?

ok well thats even better price !! guess i better have a talk with my PO

i do have the rudest postal workers in the US i do beleive. one time they

charged me .23 for a roll of 23 cent stamps.. when i tried to explain that

they made a mistake and i owed them more money the guy ripped the receipt

off the machine and threw it at me and said thats what it says.. so i said

ok fine and walked off with my $23.00 stamps .. hey i tried

My father is a postal worker, so I know about the " all or nothing " and " I am

always right " attitude.

Joya, I see several different answers to your question. I have had the

postmistress mail letters to Canada for me, and letters to Canada required

only $.48 as of last October. The US postal service has that denomination.

Of course, any amount above that will send the letter merrily on its way. I

eBay a lot, and avoid Canadian seller when I can because of the usually

longer time of delivery.

All I had were 33 cent stamps so I used two...and I didn't know the guy was

from Canada till AFTER the bid was over...I am definitely going to be more

careful from now on...plus he wouldn't take PayPal which is a pain in the

neck cause then I have to go down to the bank and stand in a long line to

get the dollars...PLUS he would not take a personal check...he was a pain

all the way around.
