2nd line regimen for 1 st line resistance cases

Dear Forum,

Many of my patient are taking benifit of basic ARV drugs from JJ hospital. Few

of them are now candidate for 2nd line regimen. My worry is, how to provide them

this regimen,as many of them are not affordable.

Please suggest me any NGO/group working for this concern.
