Val – Is it safe to use progesterone cream while on HC

and Armour? I thought Mercola said that if the adrenal

and thyroid were treated first, the progesterone and

other female hormones will fall into place (balance

out) and that it could make one’s condition worse if

they really didn’t need it and was taking it anyway.

I've been on Armour and HC for a year now, and am now using estriol and

progesterone.

If you search Mercola's site, you will also see that he says he no

longer treats adrenals, but suggests that you discover the stressors

that are affecting your adrenals & eliminate those.

Ummmm...sure, get rid of your stressors...but what if your stressor is

that you were hypothyroid for years?

I don't know that I'd wait for his approach to work, be it with

adrenals or progesterone.
