Guest guest
Leah, I completely agree with you...but there were some posts a few months back where someone really got on to someone else just because they were following a Christian approach to IE and had mentioned the book. It was sad and offensive...I think some people even up and left the forum! There are some out there that are not tolerant of various differences....similar to what we experience reg. the Intuitive Eating approach. Emma KLeah wrote: Hi! I was away from this site for a bit and when I came back I kept seeing these headings that warned me of Christian content. I am wondering why I am being warned about Christian content in the same manner I am warned about pornographic and adult content in emails.I am not a devout Christian, nor a member of another religion, nor an atheist but i have to say I am confused as to why I need to be warned about Christian content? Is this not a site that is to help us learn how to be tolerant and accepting of ourselves, should we also not be accepting of differences with others. If I open a post I have no interest in or disagree with I then have the choice to close the post. It bothers me that this site feels I need to be warned about Christian content as if it may damage me...is this not reverse judgment?I am sorry if I have offended someone, I am assuming I missed something that caused this to start up I am just really curious as to what occurred that has caused the need for be to warned about Christian content. Maybe there is a less offensive way this can be done. If someone could help me out I would appreciate it.Thank you. Be a better Globetrotter. Get better travel answers from someone who knows.Yahoo!
