My brother is a retired Marine, BIL is Navy pilot. My bro's daughter (my niece), her DH is Marine (now in Thailand I think), and my sister's oldest is in college ROTC. I'm the only one in family with no military ties!!! I did not know about emailing someone who is over there. Do you guys have many you email, or just relatives? Whatever I can do to help, let me know. I know our men (and women) over there must be lonely and homesick. So if there is an email list somewhere? or if you guys are doing care packages, please let me know. My niece's DH is in Thailand right now though!!! (That's the first I ever heard of the military over there!). My bro and BIL did Persian Gulf---bro retired from Marines in 97-98 or so, but BIL is still a Navy pilot. Nephew is ROTC, and other nephew starts in the Army next month!!!! I would love to be able to email, send care packages, etc., to someone stationed in Iraq.
