It sounds fine, but to try to better your sleep, why not split that last

Just got up out of bed to write this. I took my last dose of 5 mg before

reading your response and had palps (1-2 bpm) at bedtime.

Just got them down to 92 with the use of homeopathic hawthorn.

Damn it! How i hate those palps!

Why do you think an increase in h.c would cause this Val?

thanks.

>>Today I took 15mg, 10, 5, and 5.

Does this sound OK to you or should I be taking some of this at bedtime as I

have a sleep issue?<<

The only way it could is through dumping thyroid into your cells. Or using up

thyroid and leaving you hypo enough to have hypo palps. You do take magnesium

don;t you? and at bedtime?

Yes I take 400 mg magnesium at bedtime.

I don't THINK I have ever had hypo palps. I am basing that n the fact that i

never had palps I my life until Armour increases came into my life and I am

thinking these would be adrenal?

So you think it could be because of thyroid hormone floatng around in my

blood and the extra 5 mg h.c enabling that to kick in?
