I took my vitamins with a meal relacement bar and some tea (decafinated green tea,and stevia) I'm still tryinvg to find out what went wrong but about 2 hours later i get really bad angina heartburn, and anxiety just trying to figure out what went wrong. I also took vit b100,1000mg of vitc,25mg of dhea,200mg of chromium piccolonate, and some digestive enzymes. I did have spicy food last night, but did not wake up with the pain. Guest guest
Heartburn from HC is VERY common. You need to eat something more substantial that coats your stomach with HC.BTW just for the record, green tea os not the health food it is claimed to be. ALL tea only grows in fluoride rich soils. It is loaded with fluoride. Fluoride is an endocrine disruptor. Endocrine=adrenals & thyroid. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/

Guest guest
>.What about organically grown teas?<< Doesn't matter. Teas only grow in fluoride rich soils which they gather it from. Dr Peatfield did a paper long ago about the dangers of fluoride, it scared me! -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/
