It sounds as if I really have nothing to lose by giving the Cortef a

try. I have printed out the schedule. So I guess that I should stay

at 3 gr. until I get up to 20 mg. of Cortef?

I am soon to be 53 yrs. old so I am dealing with Hypo & Meno all at

the same time. I have done the self tests at the STTM site & do not

seem to be having a problem with my adrenals being low. I worry more

that it is Hyperadrenal.
