Guest guest
Yes...just go there or to drugstore.com. This stuff really has some things in it that I don't like...I remember Kari telling us to be careful of a few of those ingredients. And I have thyroid probs so it says not to take it if you have thyroid disease. do they have the metabolift bars?

Guest guest
I don't know about their policy, but just wanted to suggest you may have gotten sick from them because water pills are not recommended on a low carb diet-- too much water loss being dangerous. The diet itself acts as a diuretic. I would really prefer to not share too much info on the 'whys' of my taking fluid pills but I will just say that I started taking some medication prescribed by my doctor and these new meds caused to to put on a significant amount of water weight. My physician told me to try an herbal supplement and see if that worked before he resorted to putting me on lasix. I am a nurse (almost....still waiting pass boards but I have graduated) so I realize these pills should be taken with caution and not without warrant. I do however, appreciate your concern. Thanks again.... 240/176.5/150 6-16-

Guest guest
Not sure if this has been answered, but I think you can return if you still have the receipt. I would immediately phone your GNC and ask for the manager. That way you don't go running rings around staff that won't help you. You might also look thru their online site, I think is www.gnc.com tink <<GNC I have a question about GNC....if you buy a supplement from them and take a couple and realize they make you sick can you return them? Does anyone know? I bought some pills called " water balance " and I have taken them for 2 days. The first day I took one I was so nauseated about an hour later I could hardly stand it. Then last night when I took one, about an hour later I started throwing up. I hope they will take them back....I'd hate to have $10 worth of pills I can't use. If anyone knows their return policy please let me know. Thanks 240/176.5/150 6-16-
Guest guest
: It soiunds like you bought an herbal diuretic. Be very careful, these can dehydrate you and cause you to lose potassium and other needed electrolytes, causing n/v and could lead to a heart attack. I tried them once and the same thing happened to me. With this diet you don't need a diuretic, it dehydrates enough without them. Please be careful.
