(See Carbohydrate Gram Counter.) No diet cheese, cheese spreads or why cheeses. Those with a known yeast infection, dairy allergy, or cheese intolerance must avoid cheese. But I draw the line at cheese limitation! I don't eat it everyday but it saves me some days. Behold the power of cheese! LOL. Now I will have a reason for not getting smaller. These shakes have been a God send to get extra calories into my body. I also see that I have had too much cheese the last two days. There are people that need to really limit cheese and others that eat tons of eat and lose weight rapidly. Soy products I'm sure are the same. You just have to experiment with what works best for YOU. Don't assume that because something is a problem food for somebody else, that it will be for you. If we all did that, our diets would soon become pretty limited! Just be conscious of the potential problems and if your weight loss is really slow, do week long experiments eliminating one potential problem at a time and see what items are actually problems for you.
