I have given up caffeine and almost all aspartame (as soon as I drink my

last two litre of diet Coke I will buy only Diet Rite). But I draw the line

at cheese limitation! I don't eat it everyday but it saves me some days.

Behold the power of cheese! LOL.

Boo Hoo! I just ordered four pounds of soy, protein

shake powder. I will have to use them up, too

expensive to throw away. Now I will have a reason for

not getting smaller. These shakes have been a God send

to get extra calories into my body. I also see that I

have had too much cheese the last two days. Live and

learn or be on this list and learn.

Remember Grandma that just because something stalls one person doesn't mean

that you'll have a problem with it. There are people that need to really

limit cheese and others that eat tons of eat and lose weight rapidly. Soy

products I'm sure are the same. You just have to experiment with what works

best for YOU.

Don't assume that because something is a problem food for somebody else,

that it will be for you. If we all did that, our diets would soon become

pretty limited! Just be conscious of the potential problems and if your

weight loss is really slow, do week long experiments eliminating one

potential problem at a time and see what items are actually problems for

you.
