You asked how they could tell me my lining was continuous with an

ultrasound. Well, I guess they didn't, really. It sounds like I

extrapolated too far from what they did say. What I was told was that

" my lining looked fine, normal. " The u/s doctor said that if she

hadn't been told I had AS, she wouldn't have suspected anything

abnormal about my uterus. I guess I assumed this meant there was

lining all over. Dr. Hill had also said I appeared to have " plenty of

endometrium, including in the area where there was previously

scarring " when he did the diagnostic hysteroscopy. I don't know what

really can be learned from these various types of procedures, but I

took this to be a generally good thing. How DO they determine whether

your lining is continuous?

Also, do you or anyone else know what a normal lining measurement is

around CD 9? I was told that it was early in my cycle, and I

shouldn't expect my lining to be all that thick then. But the u/s

doctor did say the lining was " on the thin side. " 3.6mm, apparently.

Well, I'll at least talk with Dr. Hill today. And no matter what I

do, I'm NOT going to cancel my appt with Dr. Isaacson. I know

everyone says a couple months won't matter for my ovaries, but it only

took 4 months for my FSH to go from 6 to 19. I know there are lots of

possible explanations, but it's hard not to feel like every week

matters.
