Hi guys,

Things have gone wild here at work because the students are back for the

Spring semester. But I just wanted to check in and let you know that

I'm still reading my digests but just don't have time to post. Everyone

sounds like they are doing a great job staying low carb right now. I

know I have been really, really good now for two weeks and am down 9

pounds. Of course, this is weight that had already been off before and

most of it water weight. But I feel so much better than I did around

Christmas time. If I could just start exercising....... : )
