The most recent times I've tried h.c. at bed have been disasters--there I was, all nice and toasty, ready for sleep, then boom, the h.c. kicked in and I was up for hours. Maybe tomorrow night I will try the armour--already took my doses today.. Dahlia
Guest guest
>Hi Phil, it's Kim writing. I'm going to try that one night. Infact, I may try it next week. Or for my next add in in two week, try adding a little at bedtime. I'm so happy to hear you're doing better. Gives us the rest hope. Are you taking DHEAS? I was asking about that earlier, did you get your levels checked? Thanks, Kimmie > >I tried a 2.5 Isocort at bedtime and it keep me up most of the night.
