Hi,

I've been on HC since June. I keep forgetting to take my noon dose until

sometimes 4:00 to 6:00, so I think I'm ready to start to wean off of it. I

m leaving on vacation next week, so I'm wondering if I should wait until I

get back to attempt it. I'm currently on 25 mg.

Thanks,

yeah, I got heart palps and a raised pulse and just felt weird.

I didn't want to lower my armour as I have struggled to get to 4

grains, so I just raised the HC back up to 30 grains, and here I sit.

Hi again Conny

I just increased to 35 mg recently Conny.

I don't know how a person can lower or come off their h/c without lowering

their Armour.

As I said, I did lower my Armour when the palps hit and it has taken me a

very long while to recover from going severely hypo as a result!

Not quite recovered but getting there. I ended up back in the old

bed-bound/housebound mode for quite a while.

But then perhaps it was foolish of me to trying to come off the h.c as I am

not yet optimised on Armour.
