I did the test when I was on Isocort 4 pills in the moring and 2 at noon and dinner. I was on 2.25 grains of Armour. The morning of the test I had no food or meds sense dinner the day befor. But my moring cortisol test with no meds taken was 14.9 not bad. My first test was 6 before treating. Dr. Jefferies says in his book that the cortisol and ACTH and ACTH Stem. tests were normal on 20 mgs a day and 30 mgs. I say go for it. I'm already taking. Otherwise he says he doesn't have a problem with my taking 25 mg of h.c. Any comments anyone? I'd be curious to know how your test is interpreted Phil?
