Now that I am off of any kind of thyroid completely, and taking

adrenal support, my temps are consistantly too high, and my basal has

finally come up to normal for the first time.

What does this mean?

Oh, very interesting. So basically, do I need to keep on doing what I

have been doing, and then see where my temps are in a month or two

to see where I am really at?

Thank you so much,

Inga

This all makes sense now.

A couple of years ago now, I saw a doctor that used bioenergetic

testing. Whereas she once gave me thyroid, this last time, she said

that my body wasn't using it anyway, and she thought we needed to

clean me out first. (Heavy metals, liver, etc...) but others jumped

all over her for saying that to me, so I continued on taking the

thyroid and trying to up it. I should have listened to her. Dang!

So it is possible I am still low thyroid, only I have to wait and see

now what will happen with just the adrenal support for some time? I

suspect, I can expect my temps to eventually start dropping a bit

again once it is finally totally burned out of my system, eh?

Thanks,

Inga

Thta would be my suggestion, or you could just wait a month then do saliva

thyroid labs. The saliva thyroid labs show the tissue levels of thyroid and

would most likely be more accurate in the face of wek adrenals than blood work

would be.
