> - 1 pound large shrimp (24 to 30 count), peeled and deveined

> - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

> DIRECTIONS

> In a large skillet, heat the butter and oil over medium heat.

> Add the garlic, parsley, salt, and shrimp,

> and saute for 1 to 2 minutes.

> Drizzle with the lemon juice and continue cooking

> until the shrimp are pink. Serve immediately.
