Guest guest Posted January 7, 2007 Report Share Posted January 7, 2007 Hi Kim once when I was switching to HC from Isocort I had this feeling it was not bad just enough to make me wonder. When I started on this with Val.'s help we went slow first I started charting my Temps then I added Isocort got up to what should be 10mgs of cortisol in the morning and 5 mgs. at dinner. When my levels of temps were more level I add Armour I started low 45mgs and added more when my avg. temp come down and I felt hyop again. Then I would only go up 15mgs. this brought my temp back up and in about 2 weeks it would start to go down again. This is when I added more Armour. When I got up to 2.25 grains of Armour my temps stayed up for about 4 weeks. I had started switching to HC from Isocort at this time. As soon as I took my first dose of HC 10mgs. in the morning my Temps went up to 98.6 from 98.0 and from day to day stayed there not going up or down then at 4 weeks on this dose of armour my temp dropped down and just last Monday I added more Armour 15mgs. and my temps went back up even higher to 98.8 this yesterday they started to come down 98.4. When I was switching to HC I had felt hot and was sweating for about 10 days. I don't know if this was the HC or the Armour when I added 15mgs. last Monday this feeling went away. Maybe your changes things from Day to Day are doing this to you I know you need to make a change and try to stay with it to give your body time to adjust. All Glandular's or Cell Extract's have Cortisol in them and other hormones this you don't know about. With Isocort it's the best. But then I feel HC is better for me.
