Feeling a little better

Hi, Gang:

I'm feeling a bit better than the other day, but very, very tired.

Feel like I've been hit by a truck, but otherwise OK. Not tap-dancing

on the bar yet.

I had a long conversation with my manager about what happened

Saturday, and he was very surprised. I didn't mention any names--

karma is as karma does, and what goes around comes around--but I did

state that I would never do another work-related social activity

under any circumstances. I absolutely refuse. Thursday is our

holiday luncheon, and I will be having something from Taco Bell. I

would prefer that, or go home for lunch, than have to spend my lunch

hour with a group of folks I wouldn't have in my home. It's not all

of them, but it's enough to be annoying.

I can't take any more holiday stresses. . .I wish it would go away.

Even holiday music on hold drives me up the $%^ & *ing wall.

Thanks to everyone who offered sympathy--I appreciate it. I really

don't have anyone around here, and I'm really preferring it that way.

Hey,If thats how you feel, than do it that way.I've been doing every

holiday for the last 25 years.I'm tierd. This year because we sold

our home and are building a new one (sizing down) there is not a lot

of room in this rental so we are going out.Just my husband, me and my

2 sons. There are a lot of resorts close by and they all have a nice

place to eat.Don't sweat it. enjoy instead of bustin ass. LOL
