Guest guest
Hi, Gang: I'm feeling a bit better than the other day, but very, very tired. Feel like I've been hit by a truck, but otherwise OK. Not tap-dancing on the bar yet. I had a long conversation with my manager about what happened Saturday, and he was very surprised. I didn't mention any names-- karma is as karma does, and what goes around comes around--but I did state that I would never do another work-related social activity under any circumstances. I absolutely refuse. Thursday is our holiday luncheon, and I will be having something from Taco Bell. I would prefer that, or go home for lunch, than have to spend my lunch hour with a group of folks I wouldn't have in my home. It's not all of them, but it's enough to be annoying. I can't take any more holiday stresses. . .I wish it would go away. Even holiday music on hold drives me up the $%^ & *ing wall. Thanks to everyone who offered sympathy--I appreciate it. I really don't have anyone around here, and I'm really preferring it that way. Amy
