cortef dosing

I saw an alternative doctor a few weeks ago. I'm not feeling any

better and he told me that some people notice a significant difference

when they bump their morning dose of cortef from 10 to 12.5. He told

me I'd probably need to experiment a bit, and that I could increase my

second dose from 5 to 7.5. A little later in the conversation he said

I could probably drop the third dose.

Unfortunately, I didn't think to ask him in what steps I should do

this, becaue I really want to make any changes slowly. (This was at

the same appointment where he suggested I take my second dose of

armour 12 hours later, which I've already done).

Anyway, Val, how do you think I should implement these changes? I

will increase my morning dose first. After 5 days on that, should I

then increase my second dose or drop the third dose? Thanks,

I would implement the raises first, then give it a week between each change then

try to lower the last dose.
