Guest guest
Speaking of sea salt, I have noticed in the past few weeks, that I am able to jog or run slowly again without a annoying little problem that used to keep me from attempting this. I've delivered 4 very large babies, at just under and a little over 9 pounds each. After all that let's just say that my poor bladder doesn't cooperate well if I start moving fast, or sneeze unexpectedly. I seem to have lost that symptom. Not positive it's the sea salt, just assuming since it also took care of my more frequent need to hit the potty.
