OK you changed WAY too many things at once. This is adrenals weak and

screaming at you. Iodine can have the same effect as adding more thyroid.

NEVER increase both at the same time. I would drop the Iodoral back and

let your body adjust to the rearranged HC schedule and additional thyroid

for at least 2 weeks then try the Iodoral increase.

I'm so glad you can figure this out! Even though the temps are flat,

it's still adrenal? Okay, I will cut the Iodoral back, you think it's

stressing the adrenals? Until this latest increase, the Iodoral was

making me hyper, whereas now I just feel so-oooo flat. Most strange.

So, I will cut back Iodoral and let you know how it goes.
