Hi ,

I think you're fantastic to take the time and trouble to respond to me at

all, not to mention with the wonderful detail. I think you hit all the

right bases!

I really didn't realize until you said it that there was a diff betwn

Jefferies and STTM. I guess I'm sticking with STTM. I know I can sound

like I'm a bit here, there and everywhere, but: I track everything I'm

taking by time of day and color-coded notes! I've done that for years. I

think your idea with the planner is great.

I'm low P, taking Armour and Iodoral and h.c. Leaving Progesterone for

last, to see how I improve on armour, iodoral and h.c.

>>(BTW, are you self-treating or working with someone?)>>

Self-treating and working with someone! I go to an alt med doc for labs

and some advice--but listen to this! I recently sent him the STTM

protocol and he told me it was very helpful, he didn't know, blah blah

blah! So am I self-treating or being treated by a doc??!

This group and the people in it have really helped me find my way. I do

find big differences with little changes and I move things around maybe

too often. But, I know I am getting better and I am content now to let

things go and see how I feel. I know I have to give my body time to make

these adjustments.

I'm so much better...just looking at my temp graph, I can really see the

improvement. Sorry for going on;)

Happy new year, **

Best,

Dahlia

I think that's a good plan. It's the more " modern " approach.

Basically taking the research Jeffries did & taking it to the next

level by replicating the body's natural circadian rhythm.

Yeah, me too. Haven't started iodoral yet, since I don't have the

results of my 11-vial test yet, but will shortly.

Perhaps the best of both worlds? Someone to order labs & give rx's,

but you're in the driver's seat! LOL!

You have no idea how rewarding it is for me to hear this! I have been praying

that all the work both here and at STTM will finally pay off in helping to

educate some doctors! That he was willing to listen to lay people and learn from

it is a great statement in itself of his willingness to actually help YOU!

Geez, Val, I didn't think about that when I was reading Dahlia's

post...you're so right!

Good for you, Dahlia! You appear to have caught a good one!

Val,

I think that STTM may be having more of an effect that anyone knows.

I know when I went back to my doc this summer and told her I was

dividing up the Armour doses during the day, she said that she was

finding that it worked much better for some patients to do that.

Ten to one that info came from patients.
