Your cortisol is not bad at all but your Ferritin is in the dumps and should be

between 70-90.

Yuor daughter's cortisol looks decent in a blood test, her TSH is TOO HIGH

indicating hypothyroidism. Most of us feel that anything above 2.0 is suspicious

and definitely above 3 needs treatment.Her Ferritin is good. Better tests for

adrenal function would be the 4 X saliva profile you can order yourself from

www.canaryclub.org you can have a normal cortiosl reading once a day and it not

be normal rythym.

thanks, so what should i take? and what should i give her? i know that they are

gonna tell me that everything is normal, so i want to self treat until i find a

dr. that will listen to the symptoms and look at the new levels for bloodwork

cause obviously they aren't. this is so frustrating.

To raise Ferritin you need to take 150-200MG elemental iron a day, in

what ever form agrees with you best. You may have to try several kinds

before you find one that works but it can take several months to bring

the levels up. As for your hypo daughter. i think i would order the

canary club saliva testing before doing anything.

is the iron just a regular iron tablet or is it something special? canary tests

are expensive is there something i can do till i can afford to order them for

her. i do have some thyroid s...do you think it would be okay to give her some

till i can get the test done or wait till i can afford to get them done?
