Guest guest
Okay so I totally lost it Saturday...I won't go into the list of sugary, carby, fried gunk I had because I don't want to trigger someone else's cravings.. let's just leave it at this..it was bad. Sunday I started again...It was hard. I reinstalled FF8 which I keep meaning to play and played it all day long to get my mind off the guilt and the headache...ooooh what a carbo hangover. I still have it today in fact.. Total weight gain after binge: 2 lbs...+ the 1.5 lbs I gained which made me frustrated and sent me into a binge = 3.5 lbs.. soooo Ihave a lousy 4.5 lbs of weight loss to show for being on a diet since December 28th...or 19 days.. 19 days and not even 5 lbs *sigh*... show me a turtle menu.. but seriously...I am getting back into this..I did NOT go all the way back to " Start " ..I did keep SOME of it off..and I'm totally PMSing too.. today's planned menu: Breakfast: sunflower seeds...(a whole package is 5g of carbs, 2g of fiber..but I probably won't even eat half the package.)...and a multi vitamin lunch: chicken thigh (minus skin- okay I made it last night and ate the skin mmmm)....and 4oz of raw cucumber (4g carbs). Dinner: a few oz of cauliflower with a pat of butter on top, run through the blender (kinda like mashed potatoes)...and maybe another chicken thigh or two (this time with the skin) snack:? a carbolite nugget and a cup of keto cocoa (3g total)... I have to look into carb counts for cauliflower before I decide how much to have. I'm also going to bike for at least 20 minutes (that's what prime time is made for)... My new " rules " : I'm getting rid of the bake mix and other atkins " treats " ..while I might make some low-carb bbq sauce or order some of the condiments at atkinsfriends.com (to be used VERY sparingly), I am going to remove the " legal treats " from my actual list of FOODS...no more bars..I'm aiming for real food here..and MORE EXERCISE...I am also going to try to eliminate dairy for 5 days and see what happens..thank goodness cheese doesn't have a habit of spoiling. Wish me luck. BB, SK __________________________________________________
