absolutely no flush form of niacin

The niacin flush does not bother me, since it lets me know the niacin is

working. But many stop taking it daily because of the uncomfortable flush

niacin causes, which last from ten minutes to 30 minutes when one doses

plain niacin, vitamin B3 at therapeutic levels, which is between 1000-3000

mg total per day. There is a flush free form of niacin called niacin

hexanicotinate and it can be purchased at your local drug store or Walmart

for a bottle of 100 capsules. Each capsule contains 500 mg of niacin

hexanicotinate at a cost of around six cents per capsule or a bottle of 100

capsules for around $6. I highly recommend taking this niacin

hexanicotinate dailyy for the rest of one's life, and I especially recommend

taking it daily if you suffer with diabetes, heart trouble, or any form of

circulatory problems caused by ateriosclerosis or atherosclerosis or high

blood pressure. You can take it with other prescribed drugs without any

harmful effects. You can even take it with statin drugs, but be sure to

tell your doctor, since it may require reducing your statin drug dose in the

future. For better health and longevity I believe every one here is worth

at least 12 cents per day forever.
