I drink it about an hour before bedtime, then take a hot bath just

before bed. It doesn't bother me. The flavor I'm drinking right now

is green tea with chamomile.

Actually, green tea doesn't have that much caffeine in it. It's much better

than black tea.

And black tea has half the caffeine of coffee....
