Guest guest
, That happened to me my first weigh in because of it being TOM! Not to get too personal but could that maybe be the reason? Also, if you are eating more of the frozen entree's that could also be a reason (because of the large amounts of sodium). Don't give up - it's a new week! >From: uttercuz@... >Reply-To: wwliterside >To: wwliterside >Subject: help >Date: Wed, 11 Jul 2001 22:24:04 -0000 > >Hi All, >I had my first weigh in last night and I gained 2 pounds, I stuck to >my points and drank all of my water but still gained the weight I am >upset but not discouraged has this ever happened to anyone else??? >I really enjoy all of the information and recipes in this group >Thanks > > _________________________________________________________________ Get your FREE download of MSN Explorer at http://explorer.msn.com

Guest guest
I'm happy to hear you're not discouraged!! Maybe it was TOM? Or the clothes you were wearing? Maybe you weren't eating enough points and your body decided to hang on to the weight. I know when I eat at the top end of my points I lose better than when I'm at the bottom end. I'm glad you're enjoying the group - hang in there - I know you'll have a loss next week!! ~~ help Hi All, I had my first weigh in last night and I gained 2 pounds, I stuck to my points and drank all of my water but still gained the weight I am upset but not discouraged has this ever happened to anyone else???I really enjoy all of the information and recipes in this group Thanks

Guest guest
I have had some gains. When this happens I really look at where I am spending my points. Normally I am putting to many points into Carbs. Also, keep in mind that everyone is different. Some body types notice a change and at first hang on to every calorie or fat molecule it can..... stick to it and the weight will leave! Good luck. Guest guest
-- I'm sure it is disappointing to expect a loss..... and not have it. Who knows why that happens. I had expected a BIG loss the first weight in, thinking that I'd be losing some water weight too. Instead I got a small one. But... just keep at it. You will find that the program works! And it does so without having to be hungry all the time! Just hang in there!! I think it will show up next time! Guest guest
Hi , Don't get discouraged. I have lost every week except TOM, then I stay the same. This has happened both months OP. I have just given up on losing that week, but I still stay OP and exercise. Hopefully, next week will be better! Guest guest
Hi Chesley, I am thrilled that you have joined the list so soon after diagnosis. There are quite a few families in Canada. We live in Harcourt Ontario. Like Weir mentioned you should look into financial help right away, there is a lot of help in Canada, we haven`t had to pay for much of anything, we get reimbursed for almost all expenses. You sound like you have been through a lot, is doing ok now? She is 10 months old, have you thought about getting her assessed for a cochlear implant for her hearing? Our daughter got one a year ago and it`s great, if you have any questions on it feel free to write to me at dcachia@sympatico ca We all know how you feel and even though was diagnosed as mild CHARGE it isn`t mild to you is it? We were told that Susie (who will be 5 in Oct) was mild too, but that didn`t help during all her surgeries. Debbie Cachia. Hi, My name is Chesley and we have a little girl of 10 months old who was just recently diagnosed with CHARGE Syndrome. Her name is and she is absolutely gorgeous. So far, 's symptoms include 2 holes in her heart, a cleft palate, mis-shapen pupils, a hole between her inner ear and brain (which we're told is not life threatening), profound deafness in both ears, and poor coordination (not sitting up yet). just had surgery to correct her cleft palate and will also require open heart surgery when she gets a little older. We live in Glace Bay, NS, Canada. Other signs of CHARGE which are evident include a minor defect in the shape of her right ear (hardly noticeable) and an ear tag on the same ear which was recently removed as well. is considered a mild case of CHARGE as most of her problems are either not life-threatening or repairable. Guest guest
10aam -96.9 1pm-97.6 4pm-97.4 These are the ones you need. Add the three together an ddivide by 3. This gives you an AVERAGHE daily temp which is what you need to knwo. Compare 4-5 days AVERAGES. THEY are the ones that you need to see if ti si fluctuating. Fluctuations during the day are NORMAL, everyone has them, it is the averages you need to be concerned with from day to day. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV My Ebay Jewelry Store (Closing after Xmas!!!) http://stores.ebay.com/valeriescrystalcreations http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/
Guest guest
I woke this morning at 4 a.m. with a heart rate of 198. I was very scared. The only thing different was that I switched from 3 one-half grain throid tabs with a number 21 on it to one 1/2 grain with a number 21 on it and 1 (taken two different times)cut in half with a nmber 22 on it. I was thinking an armour tab with a number 21 on it it is a 1/2 grain and an armour tab with a 22 on it is a 1 grain armour tab. I also started taking adrenal support again. I need to figure this out before going to bed tonight. Thanks
