Yes, I was thinking about that, also! What a hopeful thing to happen, that a doc

would be open to learn from STTM! Talk about dreams coming true! Now if only

more docs would be open to learning and not think they already know it all!

Hi ,

Actually, I think a lot of alt med docs are curious about h.c. but have

no place to learn how to use it. My experience is that they have very

little experience prescribing it and even less in knowing how to help the

patient use it. That's why these boards are so excellent for us. But

the docs say they don't have time to read them.

So maybe we should all forward the protocols to them, saying we have

found this helpful, or at least useful.

I was somewhat astonished that my doc, whose website says he treats

thyroid/adrenal issues, didn't have a clue. I had that experience with a

previous doc, who just backed right off at the first sign of any problem.

I think they're just under-exposed and under-educated and still under

the influence of the old fears of h.c..
