I just had to send my two neices back into foster care today, they are flying out of Boston toady, I could use any encouraging words from anyone right now. I am trying to stay positive in this whole thing, and know that they will be ok. I did not have any other choice in this matter, I know the woman who will be caring for them will do her best. But it was not want I wanted, but that is what got me in this mess in the first place, I did what I wanted and not what God wanted and now my whole family has to suffer the pain of letting these two great kids go once again. I am also hoping my husband and youngest daughter make it to Boston and back safely the roads are so messy and icy, what a day!!!! Well enough about me, I do hope all of you are warm and pain free today. I pray that no one out there is suffering or missing anyone today, if so my heart goes out to you, I am feeling like I just gave away my own two kids. I guess My message today is not very uplifting I am sorry. Please know your all in my thoughts today and please keep my family in prayer today, both for safe travel and for less heartache. After surgery I had incontenance problems and I got a large pack of Guards from Rite Aid Pharmacy. I also purchased Depends underwear for men. These are like jockey shorts with the pads built in. They seemed to do the job for me. I am greatful that I have pretty much regained control and don't need them anymore. They're comfortable, worn inside jockey-style briefs, and absorb a fair bit of urine. If you're seriously incontinent, or you hate pads, take a look at: www.DiapersBeDamned.com which has useful suggestions for using condom catheters _instead of_ pads. Guys, swallow your pride and look at the women's products. Again, better and cheaper. $8/36 pads here in IL. I hate the Depend Maximum Fitted Protection since I've gained so damned much weight after Lupron I can't keep the things up. The " underwear " is good. Testing sometimes is tough when you have other major health issues. I generally avoid the "name brands" because you get the same things with different packaging. We used to make fem care products for different companies (in addition to our own). Change the die, a little of the blend, a bit of speed and you have another pad.
