A new challenge

Okay, so I have confessed that I have been struggling lately. Work has kept

me busy and I have been unable to keep up with the list. Then I had to go

to DC for some computer training and the computer programmer who was with me

kept insisting on eating at every pasta place around. I did finally get him

to a steak place on the last night we were there. Marlena, thanks for

suggesting JR's -- it was great!!! Tyson's Corners was fantastic for

shopping too. It is so nice to have some different stores to look in than

the usual choices here in the Midwest.

So anyway back on topic. I am starting induction again. I did very well

for breakfast and a snack. At lunch I always eat out with my sister and

sometimes it is a real challenge. Now last year I did a year long challenge

and most people dropped out or quit reporting. So I am here to see if

anyone wants to help me in a challenge this time around. The challenge will

be much, much, MUCH shorter. I simply want to make it through the next meal

without cheating. Anyone care to join me in a one-meal challenge? Don't

want to overwhelm people this year. LOL

I'm with you....back to day 1 for me....i had an extremely bad

wknd....though hubby and I had a FABULOUS time! Funny, as your posting made

it to me, i'm sitting here eating a fried in butter pork chop and drinking

down 24 oz of water!! BIG SIP!!! Lunch will be a small salad with bleu

cheese dressing and dinner will be some veggies and i think just some fried

ground beef as i'll be making hubby SOS!

Its gonna be a godd day...hang in there troops : )
