This is great news I my self am doing a little better on 20mgs of HC and 2.5

grains of Armout. But trying to get some exercise is still very hard. I went

on my Tread Mill just for 15 min.'s yesterday and it took a good 4 hrs. to

recover.

Just letting you all know that I am feeling sooo much better! I am on

35 mg HC and back up to 5 grains Armour now. I am

not as depressed or tired. I have always had a harder time with

depression during the holidays (family issues, etc.) so that is major!

I am not to the end of the tunnel yet, but

what a difference! I was also able to restart taking seasalt in OJ a

few days ago and it tastes good! Before, when I tried, it made me very

nauseated. My adrenals were really low with high DHEA, so I'm guessing

that was why.

Yesterday was my brother's birthday! He passed away unexpectedly

almost 3 years ago. I was able to feel more of a celebration for his

life than major depression yesterday. Sure, I'll always miss him and

be sad for the loss, but I am able to handle it now.

An IRL acquaintance actually told me that since he was gone, his

Birthday was just another day now with no significance. I say, it will

always be a day to celebrate his life and memory! Happy Birthday,

Chuck!

I haven't even tried to add back exercise yet. I'm just getting back

to the point of being able to home school my kids and not be

overwelmed by the idea of keeping my house up. (Of course right now,

I've got to get it cleaned again before I can keep it that way. LOL)

It exhausted me right after Thanksgiving just trying to get the tree

and decorations up. As I said, I'm better, but with room for more

improvement.

I'm also not feeling the inner " rage " I was feeling as much. It

seemed I could get very angry, very easily. Anyone else relate?

I can relate to the inner rage you have felt. I do get

angry very easily and I know it's hormonal because

I've had days where I've felt happy go lucky when

hormones were probably more balanced and this

moodiness gets to me even!

I can relate--sometimes I really DO get very angry, but I try not to. I think

I'm getting better, but NO WEIGHT LOSS YET.

I can announce that I am now a full employee and will have health insurance

right after the holidays. Oh, and finally, after 4 years of not, PAID HOLIDAYS.

Finally! Now to find a doctor. . .

Is 35mg of HC a good idea on a regular basis, or are you stress dosing? Just

wondering. . .haven't added in the exercise yet, still kinda tired. I'm hoping

the ten days off during the holidays will help me re-start all that.

Later!

Yes, I can relate to the feelings of inner rage when your hormones aren't

balanced. I have a lot of free floating rage, not aimed at anyone or anything,

just feeling angry a good bit of the time.

I'm not on any HC yet. It'll be a month before I can afford to get the test and

when I do, I HOPE my doctor who understands about Armour will understand my need

for HC too. I just read his recent newsletter. It looks like he's learning,

praise God, because he had something in it about adrenal fatigue and using

saliva to test for it.

I'll keep folks informed on if this severe irrational grumpiness goes away.
