You didn't happen to read " The Schwarzbein Principle " did you?

She talks about adrenal fatigue, thryoid issues, etc. She says the body

needs food and less strenuous exercise.

She goes on about how women are notorious for undereating and doing too

much strenuous exercise for long periods of time. Many issues with

hormones, the endocrine system are traced back to this.
