Right now I'm trying to build up my adrenal reserve. Eating well, sleeping a

lot, cutting stress,

and NO strenuous exercise. But to build up my health in general, a little

exercise is a good

thing. Right now I'm at 10 minutes of walking. I tried 20 but it was too much.
