Guest guest Posted October 24, 2007 Report Share Posted October 24, 2007 I just aim to exercise 3-4 times each week for 20 minutes. I usually jump rope for 20 minutes. Otherwise I believe in active living :-) Biking, hiking, walking, swimming, raking.....just MOVING!!! My husband, who doesn't have isssues with his weight and doesn't exercise regularily believes this is the best example to the kids...to just move with them!
