Guest guest
, Egg plant is a fairly large purple vegetable that is white inside. It is shaped sort of like a Roma tomato. I think it is funny tasting unless it is covered with tomato sauce and cheese, but other people like it sliced, breaded and fried. A lot of vegetarians use it when cooking as it has a texture like soft meat. egg Cy, What are eggplant's? it sounds good. Rowe

Guest guest
Thanks for that information. My wife , who is from the States, said that Eggplant's taste disgusting, and that they were an acquired taste. told me, that she and her family wouldn't eat them. Guest guest
Say, Pat, I never knew that Eggplant was purple. I just happen to think that it doesn't look, or feel, appetizing, raw or cooked. Guest guest
Actually, there are 2 types of eggplant. One is much larger than the other one and very dark purple. The other one is one that sort of resembles a zucchini and is light purple. It is called Japanese egg plant. Re: egg Say, Pat, I never knew that Eggplant was purple.
