are not stable yet. My Isocort dosage is 4 pellets at 7am, 2 pellets at 11am,

Sleep problems can be from either continuing adrenal fatigue or hypo itself can

I can't tolerate any Armour...feel worse...more

tired...hormone headaches. I know I will sleep better

because it makes me more tired at night.

I was stage 4 I went on Isocort my cortisol levels are lowest in the morning so

I did or worked up to 4 pills in the morning and 2 at noon and dinner. Charting

my temps my temps going up and down from day to day got much better. This is

when I started on Armour 45 mgs and I was able to go up every 2 weeks 15mgs. I

could tell when I sent hypo again because my avg. temp would go down from 98.6

to 97. This is when I upped my dose of armour 15mgs.

My temps haven't stablized and until they do, I'm not

suppose to begin Armour.
