Guest guest
>>Lately, I am not tired at night and can't sleep well. I'm not on Armour yet since my temps are not stable yet. My Isocort dosage is 4 pellets at 7am, 2 pellets at 11am, and 2 pellets at 3pm. Does anyone know what could be the problem?<< Sleep problems can be from either continuing adrenal fatigue or hypo itself can cause sleep problems. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV My Ebay Jewelry Store (Closing after Xmas!!!) http://stores.ebay.com/valeriescrystalcreations http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/

Guest guest
I was stage 4 I went on Isocort my cortisol levels are lowest in the morning so I did or worked up to 4 pills in the morning and 2 at noon and dinner. Charting my temps my temps going up and down from day to day got much better. This is when I started on Armour 45 mgs and I was able to go up every 2 weeks 15mgs. I could tell when I sent hypo again because my avg. temp would go down from 98.6 to 97. This is when I upped my dose of armour 15mgs.
