And I'm told sodas contain salt as well, so that would be counterproductive, if true. (The labels don't list salt per se - just " flavorings. " ) If your potassium levels are borderline-low (increased urination can do that to us), Club Soda might be a consideration. (Check the labels to see if it contains what you are low in.)
