Valentine's Challenge Goals

I think tracking it would be a great idea...how would we go about doing it?

My goals are:

1. Drink at least 4 liters of water per day.

2. Stay under 30 carbs each day.

3. Have no more than 1oz. of nuts per day.

4. Not drink any other beverage until I have met my water intake.

What we need is somebody willing to step in and take charge. It can be as

simple as cutting and pasting all the personal challenges into a text file

and periodically sending it to the list and get people to respond with how

they are meeting the challenges. Or it could be as fancy as doing up a

spreadsheet and getting people to report if they've met their challenges

(either on a daily or weekly basis). Basically, when we've done this type

of thing in the past, the person doing the tracking can pretty much do

things as they'd like - we're all just grateful to have somebody do the

work!

My monthly challenge is to get real close to 190 (hopefully under) by Valentines

day.

My daily challenge is simple: To eat under 20 carbs, lay off the

Atkins bars unless it's a meal replacement when I am out running errands,

and drink lots and lots of water.
