Guest guest
Kirstie I think tracking it would be a great idea...how would we go about doing it? My goals are: 1. Drink at least 4 liters of water per day. 2. Stay under 30 carbs each day. 3. Have no more than 1oz. of nuts per day. 4. Not drink any other beverage until I have met my water intake. Guest guest
My monthly challenge is to get real close to 190 (hopefully under) by Valentines day. My daily challenge is simple: To eat under 20 carbs, lay off the Atkins bars unless it's a meal replacement when I am out running errands, and drink lots and lots of water. Guest guest
My challenge for February is to drink 64-72 ounces of water every day. That is the only challenge I will report on. My private challenge is to make each meal and snack good LC choices. While I may report my success and failure there too, that will be outside of the Valentine's Day challenge.
