It sounds as if oyu had an adrenal crash. This takes time to recover

from and you may need ot lower Armoru further to do it. Are you taking

temps? I bet they are swinging from day to day and this will show the

adrenal problems still. Even 30MG of HC will not bring this back

immediately, but may take a week or so to level out agian.

So I guess I'll just ride it out. If I stay at 3 grains until I feel

better, can I just jump back up to 3 1/2 grains again? My dr. wanted

me to raise to 4 grains, but needless to say, I'll be waiting to do

that . what a mess. I am sorry I ever tried to lower my dose. I

guess this is something people need to be aware of if they try to wean

off HC and they are not ready. Let me be an example of what can
