Guest guest
>>Please correct me: I thought that if one added armour and there was a change from stable temps to unstable temps, it meant you weren't ready to add armour, and to back down in dose. Adding in an extra 5 h.c. in the a.m. seems like a different way of handling it. Maybe would one try to stress dose for a couple of days and if temps are still unstable, back off?<< I htink this depends on how badly the person needs the Armoru increase. If temps are runing really low or alot of hypo symptoms it is worth pushign the ropes to stress dose with HC to handle the araise. WHere as if you are further alon in thryoid treatment and adrenals are weaker, it is best to be patient and back up the Armour and wait to increase it till the adrenals are stronger. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV My Ebay Jewelry Store (Closing after Xmas!!!) http://stores.ebay.com/valeriescrystalcreations http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/

Guest guest
>ok...so if I added in 1/4 grain this morning, and I was normally taking 5mg, was I supposed to add more? I felt ok taking it, temps went a little wonky this morning, dropped actually to 96.5, does that mean my adrenals were having a hard time? Thanks, Kimmie > >>Please correct me: I thought that if one added armour and there was a > change from stable temps to unstable temps, it meant you weren't ready to > add armour, and to back down in dose. Guest guest
>>With you NEEDING all that stress dosing, you should not even try to go below 30MG. The low temps are from low thyroid. Get back to 30 and let oyur temps level out then add Armour (just 15MG at a time) before trying to lower HC. Steady adrenal support is almost as important as how much oyu dose. The need to stress dose more than 1-2 times a week indicates oyu need more HC overall.>> Hi Val, I KNOW you're right! I hate to hear it, but I can't deny it! I had to go to 40 today, couldn't even stay at 30! I am so stressed out....it feels like I just can't relax, though I'm exhausted. I need a LONG rest....you don't think the higher doses of h.c. are making me feel stressed out, do you? (Just a worry, along with so many others:-). thanks, Val, Dahlia
