wide variability of temperatures within a 15min. window

I'm still not sold on the temperature average theory of determining adrenal

function. If I

take my temp. 10 min. after the first one, it can be up or down by as much as

5/10s of a

degree (ie. 98.0 to 98.5), sitting sedentary with no movement or

food/drink/smokes. It's a

hit or miss on whether your temp. will be hi or low. According to my chart, my

temp.

averages do have variability by at least 2/10s, indicating weak adrenal

functioning. I was

wondering once your adrenals are stable, and you take your temp. 10 min. after

the first

one, will the temp. spiking stop? I'm not speaking of daily temp. averages. I'm

speaking of

wide variability of temperatures taken within a 15 min. window or so.
