Guest guest
, Thanks so much for your thoughts! I can relate to a lot of what you said...I have never been thin, but when I'm treating my body kindly, exercising, eating well and not binging, I really love myself and feel great. Binging can so quickly throw my confidence and mind of track and make me feel " fat. " Way to go on keep up the exercise. I find it's a great stress reliever, even though it's hard to get to the gym sometimes. I think many have the sedated effect from overeating. And, I think to myself, why have I been doing this for 15 years. I know how to lose weight. The payoff is that I get a " break " from the stressors in life, and my thinking about food, I don't have to think about something else. I need to remind myself that the payoffs of IE are the best kind, so much better than any binge could do.
