Well, I just read through the latest digest (they just don't come quick

enough for me!!).

I'm bored so I guess I'll report in.

Not a very good eating day for me...too many peanuts--I *knew* I

shouldn't have bought them arrgggghhhhh! Got up was too hungry to wait

so I had a protein bar. Lunch was a 3 cup salad w/ 1/2 slice of cheese

and bacon and ranch dressing, and a chicken salad sandwich w/ lc

bread...then came the nuts while I was watching tv (tv is evil for me!).

Had another protein bar for dinner cause I was unmotivated to cook and

didn't want many more carbs.

I was very unmotivated all day--that's why I watched tv. Was sitting at

the computer, just surfing, then I started thinking about what I want

out of the next year, not to mention the next month, so I hauled my butt

out of the chair, changed my clothes and used my new hand weights for

some arm workouts, then got on the treadmill for 20 minutes, then did

some floor exercises.

I always feel better afterward!

Don't want to bore the rest of you so I'll close now--except to say that

I've gotten 9 responses to What I Learned This Year (that includes

mine). Any more takers?? I'm posting it tomorrow night...email responses

to igetmymail@...
