I already knew that Zinc helps boost Testosterone levels. But I just learned that Omega-3 can also boost sex related hormones that increases desire. I started my husband on Omega-3 from Flaxseed Oil and Walnuts because of his RA. It is also an Anti-inflammatory food. Omega-3 has long been know as brain boosters, and cholesterol clears, but they have also been shown to help with depression in pregnant women.
