Guest guest
I want to diabetic classes with my husband who has diabetes. They in turn sent us to a dilation to help us learn a new diet for diabetic eating. She , the detain told us that everyone has to have some sugar but it is the that we have to watch. She told us that the lower the sugar in products the better but Del could have up to 15 grams of sugar in the product. so that is how we go about counting the. It has worked quite well for Del. And now that my sugar is near pre diabetes I to am watching how much sugar the food I eat has. It works well for us. As for other people it might not work for them. Nan glucose meter working, and a question: > > > Well the meter is working, or i it me? Guest guest
Harry, this to me is a very sensible way to live as a diabetic. some people who are diabetic are just plain scared to eat . I think all people weather they have high blood sugar high blood pressure or other health problems should go to a detain and get some help when they are first diagnosed with the health problem. It really helped my husband and I. Nan glucose meter working, and a question: >> >> >> Well the meter is working, or i it me? Guest guest
Hi , I too believe you have to be careful in how much sugar or crabs you eat. That is the thing. Many people can't eat just one cookie, they have to eat two or three or more. Being diabetic is not easy. Nan glucose meter working, and a question: > > > Well the meter is working, or i it me? Guest guest
Nan, You need to count total carbs, not just grams of sugar. A product can have 15 grams of sugar and many more of total grams of carbs. Carbs break down into glucose as does sugar, so total grams of carbs is what is needed to count.
