i make home made frosting too .. but i sub butter for all the

shortening. my relatives all get excited when it's time for one of my

kids' birthday parties b/c they look fwd to the home made icing so

much

i agree with everyone who says sheet cakes are icky ... unless they're

from a really good bakery (which they're usually not)
