I went over this with Val. I was doing 8 pills a day of Isocort 4 in the

morning and 2 at noon and dinner. I dropped the 4 pills in the morning and did

10mgs of HC for a week then I dropped the noon Isocort and did 5mgs. of HC next

week I will drop the dinner dose of Isocort and add 5mgs. of HC. So I am in the

first part of the 2nd. week I will be doing my first noon pill of HC. My temps

are now and stright line of 98.8 for the last 4 days. I feel ok so far.

I'm not Val, but I would switch over slowly. I did half Isocort/half

HC for a week, then gradually replaced. Initially, I switched over to

HC entirely, and it was REALLY harsh. I'd vote for 1/2 & 1/2 for a

week...
